Rooted at Antler Under Construction

You’ve been asking when we would build homes for our middle-income earners, and the answer is yes, we have begun. On August 22, 2025, RootedHomes proudly broke ground on Rooted at Antler, our newest community in Redmond. This development will bring seven sustainable homes to first-time homebuyers earning under 120% of the Deschutes County Area Median Income. Located at 1699 W Antler Ave, these two- and three-bedroom homes are designed with energy-efficient features that reduce utility costs and provide lasting comfort for families. All homebuyers will be selected through a housing lottery in 2026.

Prioritizing Employees of Workforce Housing Partners

RootedHomes will continue to support the local workforce at Rooted at Antler through its Workforce Housing Program. RootedHomes will give preference to employees of partnering employers during the housing lottery. A current Redmond partner includes Mosaic Community Health. RootedHomes is currently accepting more employer partners through early 2026.
