RootedHomes will continue to support the local workforce at Rooted at Simpson through its Workforce Housing Program. Sip & Support Raises Historic Support

RootedHomes’ Sip & Support was a remarkable and historic achievement! Our community gathered over 200 guests who generosity allowed us to raise an astounding $220,000 to support our cause of providing environmentally sustainable and permanently affordable homeownership opportunities to those who contribute to the fabric of Central Oregon. We are deeply grateful and humbled by everyone’s support. Together, we are truly making a difference in Central Oregon.

Workforce Housing Pilot Completed

Rooted at Poplar Completed

Rooted at Poplar celebrates the completion of seven units of affordable homeownership on Bend’s west side. In partnership with the Bend Chamber, Rooted at Poplar piloted a workforce housing program that selected homebuyers using both a local employer partner preference to house those with the greatest needs and impacts on our economy. This intentionality has resulted in stable housing for essential workers from St. Charles Health System, Regency Pacific Management, and other local businesses.
