Workforce Housing

RootedHomes continues to support the local workforce with the next stage in its Workforce Housing Program for our next housing lottery, Rooted at 19th. Employees of qualified Employer Partners will receive two preference points in the housing lottery.

• Thermo Fisher Scientific
• MountainStar Family Relief Nursery
• St. Charles Health System

Program Details for Employee Homebuyers:

1. To receive preference, interested employees must apply to the public housing lottery for RootedHomes’ which will open in Spring 2025.
2. To learn more about the application process, interested homebuyers are encouraged to attend an information session.

4. Selected Homebuyers are notified one week after the application period closes.
