Bilingual Outreach Coordinator

A relationship-centered role within the Homeownership Department. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, providing education, outreach, and support throughout the early stages of the homeownership journey.

The role focuses on culturally responsive outreach, Spanish language access, and community-based engagement across Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties. The Outreach Coordinator also supports post-purchase stewardship for RootedHomes homeowners. Evening and weekend work is required based on community needs.
